GL doesnt believe in hire and fire unless you have behavioral issues. Most of the projects are like acquired taste and employees get ample time to scale up their performance.

1. Middle Leadership does micro management and decision changes are dynamic in nature. 2. No help from DM if you are stuck somewhere. most of projects have abusive culture which drains life out of people.

There are very less projects using new technologies so no learning opportunities. Work life balance is pathetic No appraisal for last 3 years and max appraisal was 10% that too for the employees who are promoted. Overall work experience is very very bad

Salary without any variable pay and other benefits are good. You will find good clients and projects. Work culture is good. work life balance is good in most of the projects.

Once you get into some project then you need to be there for lifetime until you are out of Global Logic or unless project rampdown. Even if you are interested to learn other new techniques or bored of current routine work also you are not allowed to change the team or technology or project.

Very bad experience in global logic...if are you in senior position always be changing your project from one location to another. Never go with noida location project..the work environment is toxic.no hike from 2022 to 2024 June ...If you got a good review in a project and at the time of hike if somehow you will be changing the another project...you wont get hike after getting the good review on last project.. there is no Job security on Global Logic..After taking by the hitachi they stooped the hike and promotion....Read More
