None, idk why GEP keeps bragging about their work culture. Many companies out there have much better culture.

Dislikes

Managers in sales are very strict. Salary hike is just like 5% every 6months and then they brag about giving increments twice a year. They micromanage to an extent where they listen to the calls of sales rep. Europe sales team is a toxic place btw so is US team. Can't leave office early on any day, otherwise managers give very subtle taunt the next day. Growth rate is very damn slow. Promotions are only given to the favourite ppl of the managers. Once you leave the company, you will not even get your incentives, company will not give you. Toxicity at its peak!...Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
