Nothing much to like other than learning new technologies.

Work culture is not good. There is no process in the projects. Unrealistic timelines for work which will overburden the resources. Work life balance is poor in most of the projects.

For younger generation Genpact is best organization for skill development, It used to provide graduate degree from reputed institute , I think that has been suspended now. But still through their Genome platform Genpact offers up to date courses and training which young generation can benefit.

Shockingly, Islamophobia is real at Genpact!!! Office politics have ruined this company's reputation. From junior colleagues to senior leadership, most the plagued by the virus of Islamophobia. Abusing name calling Muslim colleague and generalizing Islam using derogatory names are common practices at Genpact. I had to quit this company due to such toxic culture which evolved over the time. I was shocked to see manager, deep inside was filled with such hate for other community that it impacted me deeply, couple of times I confronted but every time it cost me. There is NO point escalating a complaint to seniors or HR as these people back each others- Business matters. If I have to remember Genpact on good note, I will always miss Genpact prior to the 2019 COVID era....Read More

Not sure what to describe as last 2 years were pathetic part with my top boss.

Genpact has ruined my career. I worked dedicatedly for 15 to 16 hours daily with my current process. After humiliation from top management and mental torture i quit the job. But they did my poor feedback and no hiring. They have ruined my career for there personal grudges and I am still not able to find opportunity because of this reason without any fault. This was how I rewarded from Genpact after so much of hard work. I worked with Religare and Infosys and never faced such challenges....Read More

No growth, internal politics, no respect for individual opinions, hiring excess resources and once the projects are done move them to bench and ultimately fire them. No feedback is confidential, ratings and salaries are openly discussed on floors and if we question it from the very next moment people get targeted and openly threatened that they will be fired

It has worst work culture. Low salary, No work life balance, bench everywhere. Seriously if someone ask me about good thing about Genpact, I won't have anything to answer.

Work life balance is bad. Bossy culture is bad. Annual appraisal is bad. No on time promotions. It has a bad culture and everyone looking to change the company. In my opinion, if you are not hired anywhere that's why you are with Genpact.
