This company is great for freshers as well as experienced people.They have global clients so you can opt process according to your suitable time.w Weekends off, compoffs and overall their is a friendly environment so incase of family emergency they help you guide you. For me it was like my second home. Friendly environment and fun activities, parties make life smooth and reduces work stress. They have On-Job trainings and as well as clients visits globally so you can get chance to travel abroad depending on the requirements. They have referral policy which benefits employee. If you need training for upskilling you can opt for that. Even you can go for diploma and certificate courses from reputed institution like IIM, XLRI so on. Growth rate is slow. You have to work during weekends as well for which you are not paid and not appreciated much. Managers expectations are always far different from your own expectations. You are being valued till the time you listen to your managers, any input out of their interest is not entertained. Many of my own ideas were not accepted earlier and then presented by my managers as there own one. Many times even when your client appreciates it is not counted during your appraisal or growth time. Asking for leaves is sometimes a hard task even when your client approves and at the year end your leaves lapse. Transport is a big issue. Waiting for cabs after working for 10-11 hours is really rediculous....Read More

Everything, the management is very poor, there is no such thing as HR. Every one will boss you in the office. they have some stupid work system. Such a pathetic organisation. No control over there people. Total dictatorship by the upper management. They torture the employee.

Worst company no proper hr and there is no take respect and give respect policy if anyone joined before they will disrespect you. Teamleader alsi support them. Need to work 10 hours in a day. Company will give ML but teamlead won't approve ML even if you have medical certificates. They will tell need to do weekoff swap. I work in insurance vertical in Genpact. Cat Modelling . And the work is chill it is quarterly work. there is high volume in November and December only. Good growth and learning

Genpact offers good learning opportunities by designing trainings from time to time for all it's employees. While there are many good things about Genpact, the salary structure and incremental growth structure needs to be updated to stay at par with the latest industry standards. The benefits are also not that great in comparison to other service based companies.
