Likes

The training period was for almost for almost 2 to 3 months. It was great. once you reach the floor its as always shadowing the seniors and trying to learn more before hitting the floor. Opportunity was and I guess still are provided to people who have done their graduation from Open University.I still remember managers of the process would call the new hires and talk about the career Plans.

Dislikes

The work pressure is more. sometime seniors are in hurry to go home. so have to do additional work also. work and life balance does seems to fall out of place.there are also rotational shifts.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Salary growth is stagnant because of longer stay.

Friends,I am currently working as an oracle consultant, earning 23LPA . Total IT Experience 18 years. Looking to switch because I feel stagnant in salary and career growth. Updating Naukri profile does not help much. What are the other ways to approach recruiters? . Targetting to change my career path in 2025. Kindly advise .
