Job security is so good then everybody love Genpact everybody say that "Genpact is govt job" it true

Management not good all process they are harassment work culture they not provide leaves. I was seeing the Genpact management cast system and nepotism is very highly level that no one growth and promotion easily in the Genpact salaries is very bad 😞 for me I am just started my career they not good provide me salary in 2022 but this time come new joiner salary so good and best LPA

There are large number of processes and it's an employee centric company. They have all kind of business.

Dislikes

Poor infrastructure, non ac cabs that too for one side only even basic amenities like tea coffee for employees is not available worst yearly hike in the market only 5-7% it's not worth it to join Genpact if you don't get wfh or hybrid

I like the work culture and the operations part of the Company, The training needs provided by the company is very good. The growth opportunities provided by the Company is very GOOD. Work culture is very good in Genpact..

The Genpact Management do not give importance to the retired employees of the Company, There is no long-term after retirement plan for the employees. Cause the employees working out for 10 to 20 years with full dedication to the Company and follow all the SLAs of the Climate. The Company need to have a plan for all the employees to have a better retirement plan, as we have seen more employees are getting retired before the age of 50 due to some medical issues, The Management need to take some core decisions to help the employees to have a better retirement idea. The Genpact Management should come up with some retirement plan for its employees so that the employees will be sure of there further after the retirement. The Genpact Management need to have a plan for people who lost the Job due to injury caused while being on Job in Genpact, Because not sure of the damage to the employees, if the employees are damaged due to some medical issues, the Genpact Management need to take action to help the employees by providing some financial assistance and some pension plan for the injured employees. The top Management need to take this as a priority and see that the employees who lost their jobs due to injuries caused while being on duty in company should be paid some financial assistance....Read More

Nothing is right in Genpact. Genpact is a world’s biggest Lala company in corporate/MNC’s. Why not choice Genpact. Employee Policies: there is no policy for employees rights and favour. All policies are designed only for employer prospective. Operation and Leadership: Entire Genpact operation Senior Management and Leadership not supportive to employment. They always lying and creating demotivation. Because of it quality people’s loss hope and confidence. Work life balance and culture: There is no work life balance and company operation environment is very toxic, too much politics. If you are experienced person then Genpact is not right company for you. Appraisal and monetary benefits: Appraisal really very bad and not a single thing for employee monetary financial benefits. It was good experience but the thing is when you are working hard and not getting appreciated and other people do politics for you then it's really tough to work there.

Dislikes

The management is not good when you work hard and best they never appreciate those people and they appreciate only those people who follow there orders and working for them but the person who is giving his complete dedication he is not able to get any support for future and not get any support for promotion as well. That's why I am not happy when I have spend my 2 years there.

Likes

I gained some valuable experience during my time at Genpact, especially working on the transition project and being part of the KT and training sessions. It was a good learning opportunity.

Dislikes

There were a few challenges during my time at Genpact. The office culture didn’t quite align with what I was looking for, and the shift timings were a bit difficult to manage. I also prefer a hybrid setup for better work-life balance, but that wasn’t an option. Ultimately, I felt that the schedule and environment were starting to affect my health.

IT IS A WORST COMPANY PARTICULARLY IN HYDERBAD, GURGAON AND THE COMPANY CULTUE ITSELF, ONLY USELESS GUYS NO WHERE OTHER OUTSIDE COMPANIES THOSE SURVIVE AND YOU CAN SEE THEM IN GENPACT, SPECIALLY INDIAN MANAGEMENT IN GURUGAN, HYDERABAD AND CHENNAI TAMILIANS , NORTH INDIANS IN HYDERABAD AND PEOPLE FROM GURUGAN ARE FRAUDSTERS ,ARE BASTRDS .. Dislikes

People on upper management playing politics ( especially who joined genpact from different company) and making life hell of junior staff. Making genpact godd to worse. They don't even bother about other's personal and professional life, carrer. They are ruining the image of genpact which was created by Pramod bhasin (EX CEO).

It's a great company no dought but can have to know about employees because in last 3 month my process senior manager se to bad to her employees, if any one know about what we are faceing they will throw out of office my senior manager behavior was we bad towards there employees

Salary is not enough here compared to other competitor companies, forget about promotion till 3 year no matter how hard you work person who is working before you will get promotion. Here promotion is not based on hard work but other factors like favour seniority
