Hi all, I have given an interview two weeks back in HCL however I have not heard back from their end...whether I got selected or rejected..In this situation what should I do ?? Should I think I'm rejected or wait more from their end??

I’ve been in similar situations and followed up after 2 weeks. They responded and provided clarity. Sending a friendly nudge never hurts.

Yaar dekho, It's common for companies to take time to get back, especially with larger organizations. I’d say follow up with a polite email asking for an update on the status of your application.
