Worst interview process. HRs are not profesional. They'll just interview and after that won't update the status. Salary is very low even for experienced ones. If the interview is scheduled for tomorrow 11 AM, then they'll mail on today 8pm to inform, in case of walk-in also. Unprofessional behaviour. I've attended the interviews of other MNCs, but Genpact HRs didn't maintain professionalism
