I have worked with several Company's but the kind of job security and people who you will meet here will surely help you. The company is employe centric. I understand everybody has different opinion but surely genpact I have suggested a couple of friends and they had a good experience and now moved ahead in their career. Remember always don't go just for salary like many other MNC'S offer you, always look from every aspect for a long cause short term goals will not create a strong resume. Just that the growth pattern is slow but as I said earlier slow and steady will always be beneficial however they could always implement on making people achieving the goals fast so that everyone can get a role to play and this will also help in expanding their business.

Just the holiday they compensate but for that also you would have to request and they have a part time job opportunity after 6 months however they do not offer much salary

Currently I am not working there but Genpact is the only BPO who’s work culture and environment is quite friendly. You will feel no pressure and yes your job is secured untill and unless you don’t do compliance
