I was working as OM and Acting centre Head for Noida LoC. They did not have many process, Poor infrastructure.. but what was worst is they did not know how to handle client, client requirement was out of logics, they never fight with client for what is right or wrong. For an eg : Client logic is, (Planned leave also comes in Unplanned ) no one in BPO industry can say this is correct .. but fusion management agreed on this. Business had in 2 centres for Mobikwik - client used to say , your calls offered will be taken what landing in both centres but answering against that will be taken only for your centres.. why they think of that because fusion in Noida did not have enough manpower, if they had enough manpower they would have not given the business in other centre.. Fusion management was agreed to this as well, Noida centre did not have 2nd training room but 1 only which used to be occupied for other process as well.. if they don’t have training room how come process will have enough manpower on time.....Read More

There is nothing to like, especially the management of Syed Shirin Saah, she is such a bayas lady, full park circuse situated in the office in the international process, people don't know how to talk, how to respect, so many bad language used by TL and manager

They trained you well for doing their job. Senior colleagues are helpful to you. Salary is credited in exact date of every month & so that salary slip also. Work environment is average.

In Fusion BPO, there are so many process. I've worked for one process & now I'm writing about this process. I've worked for 2 years and 10 months. But in this 2 years a single penny is not increased in salary. There is no increment. In case of promotion they will promote as per their priority. Some TL's are good there, but some aremore than worst. Some TL's behaviour is not good. They didn't want to take you leave as per your need. Now coming to the office timing. Office timing was 10-7pm. They wanted you to be in the office at sharp 10 am. But in case of logout they will not let you logout in sharp 7pm, they dragged the time to 8-8.30 pm. the experience with this company is disheartening. They they have absolutely no work life balance or team management skills (team lead or managers). They don’t even know how to handle employees, manage shrinkage, making teams they also don’t even know what is team building activity they should learn about these things, the office politics toxic work environment created by the team leads and managers, also some senior employees.
