Flexible hours. Learning curve depends on the team you are working with. The best team working there is still underappreciated.

Job security - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No growth. No appreciation Use of unlicensed visual studio. No process while working. Especially for Xamarin Projects. Politics, Favourism. Underappreciation for the best project team.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
