Hire and Fire policy, being a startup with Google being their major client only had to happen at the end when the cash flow starts leaking inly resort is firing employees.

No proper communication,to & fro between management related to decision taken.Bossy & favor tism culture.Not open for ideas & suggestion.They will tell you all fancy things while discussing the job offer reality is very different.Unproffesional behaviour by managers.
