Dislikes

They pressurize a lot for things to be done beyond your limits. Fliptree also believes in pay less and expect all from an employee. They get all their tasks done and still do not give credit for it. You will have to be available 24*7.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
