One of the largest employee base spread across different geographical sites.

This organisation is unorganised and not streamlined despite being one with the largest employee base. If you into work for more than 12-14hrs and ready to work on weekends, then suggest you sign the dotted lines. One cannot have work-life balance considering the toll it takes on health due to long working hours. OT payout is not worth the time you put in office as it is too low. IT/ Technical team support for any IT resolution is bad and a herculean task. The attrition rate is high across the levels due to past phased system and stressed life as a reasonable size of people quit before confirmation of the probation period.
