Till now i didn't got my last month salary and the farewell team is worst even there is nothing to pay after 90 days they will ask the money around 10k to get the experience letter

There is no work life balance, 8hr on system. So many health issues. Management domination. No growth. For Fresher its good but not for experience. Night shift allowance not there. There is no comfortable to ladies.

Work environment and culture is mostly of domestic than MNC with not a good management environment. Washrooms are not hygenic and so with food. Management does not react to issues on time to fix any problems. It is not an employee centric environment.

If you are performing well from the whole team then no appraisal and if others are doing something wrong on chat for example using abusive language threatening to other party company doesn't give a shit but if the top performer only used rude tone in 1 or 2 chats they they terminate directly don't help them so that they don't get terminated

The recruitment team and HR are unprofessional, baised. I cleared my interview and hr name is Haritha. She asked me for all documents and I submitted them. They never asked for my offer letter first, later they asked it. Haritha didn't even give me time for atleast one day to get my offer letter. Later that evening I sent my offer letter and called Hairtha. She was totally unprofessional and pathetic, she said they the opening is now closed and we will contact you later which never happened again. No worklife balance, Shift keeps changing frequently affecting your health, team leaders borrowing money from the whole team and not returning the same, Partiality to the select few who are ready to hold the bucket for team leader.

Salary was competitive compared to the market.

No WFH option even if there is a possibility from the process perspective, Terrible office culture because of politics from the management as well as the agents and HRs intervention was not timely. Management will call you and threaten you regarding your job even if you are a performer and achiever but do not do things their way because they are looking for all the credit.

The asst manager behavior was not good. During covid I went to take vaccine and worked on my week off which was approved by TL. He shouted on the whole floor and said office work is first take vaccine after 1 year. That manager Ragvendra behavior was worst.

Poor internal management. Unfriendly HRs, especially "A. Singhania".....complete politics in the office. Real issues will be suppressed by AM or Manager, the mistake is proven to be the organisation's end. Proceed at your own risk. If you work well here, they will make you work more, and it would be your responsibility to take a note of how much you have worked other than your login hours. Completely irresponsible management. My phone was stolen in this office during the third month...everyone including HR and manager suppressed my voice with all the lies and no action has been taken further. People from operations especially trainers are not cooperating with QA and supporting all the users regardless of the incorrectly worked accounts. Also the company has terminated me in BGV and it was not my decision to quit the company. Also the company has terminated a lot of people like me even after insisting them not to do so.

After clearing 3 rounds of interview I was told I was not selected but without any reason. Ops manager just wrote rejected on a paper and the recruitment team is like did you discuss package or you might have over experience for this position. There is no clear communication on what's the main reason for not hiring. Even after clearing every round of interview.
