One thing is good about firstsource is it provides Job security. It's good company for Freshers to start their career. It's also having good work environment.
Dislikes
The major issue I guess is compensation and benefits. I find that no scope for learning and growing with company, company does not provide personal development training and knowledge improving training.

I was in operation department its basically solving customer queries. It's totally back office Process. I used to handle four different processes.
Work in stable and learning other disciplines and having a gud circle

Training was always fun and workin with first source was learning experience and salary and incentives were Good as well but work-life balance was not in place due to distance that i had to cover to make to work every day and more over process was shut down ans had to b moved to a new process

transport cos they club 2 different routes to a single cab which creates inconvenience to the Employees in the cab,Delay in providing papers to confirm an employee is promoted
