Managers treat you like a slave, we need to do work of 3-4 people. Working with Capgemini killed my health, reputation and everything. They won't even give good feedback about us for joining in new company. They will ruin every chance of ur career. Think multiple times before joining. Incompetent leaders

Knowledge is valued, respect is not there and work culture like labour class, don't expect any help from HR or management if you are 100% true and product live as well, if your manager is toxic and untruth then also manager's untruth will be supported.

The work culture is not good. They want machine not human and forced to extend like anything and there are incidents happened that some people got offer letter but still HR cancelled their joining which is where shocking.

Just cafeteria is good. Capgemini is very reputable company in cat A. I had a dream to work in mnc company.

Nothing is good. Full of politics, favouriteism and feminisms. If anyone joining this company then beware of some people like, ehtesham akhtar, sudeb banerjee, pinaki ghosh, hardik vadalia, kishore sharma. These are the worst people in the bpo industry in Kolkata. They always provide chance whoever favourite to them. Or you must know how do "talwe chatna ".
