- Inability to retain business. - Cutting leaves if you come later than 11, but not giving overtime for working over the weekends, or above 8 hours on any day. - The HR is very unhelpful & seems unqualified. She has no prior agency experience, and is only hired because of nepotism. Has been heard making personal remarks on other FEMALE employee's appearances, clothing etc. Also talks poorly about people who are leaving the company with other current employees. - Poor appraisals' - excused because of loss of business. Sudden displacement of many employees, some employees were not even given their well deserved appraisals. - They cut bonus out of your own salary and give it to you on Diwali....Read More

Everything. The internal politics in the organisation is killing the organisation within. That's why they are losing clients. They don't know how to manage the show. The environment is pathetic.
