- Inability to retain business. - Cutting leaves if you come later than 11, but not giving overtime for working over the weekends, or above 8 hours on any day. - The HR is very unhelpful & seems unqualified. She has no prior agency experience, and is only hired because of nepotism. Has been heard making personal remarks on other FEMALE employee's appearances, clothing etc. Also talks poorly about people who are leaving the company with other current employees. - Poor appraisals' - excused because of loss of business. Sudden displacement of many employees, some employees were not even given their well deserved appraisals. - They cut bonus out of your own salary and give it to you on Diwali....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
