Hi, I attended an online interview for this company. It was for an SEO Analyst position. The interviewer collected some questions from google and he had no idea about the answers. Since he does not have the idea, he was expecting the same printed answers. And he was making me convince that I was wrong. Thought of leaving the meeting in the middle, but continued because of my decency. The guy was sarcastic and was maintaining a bad attitude throughout the interview. Authorities please make sure that you are employing some professionals for interview purposes, particularly, for the Senior roles. We do not have to waste our time for these unproffesionals....Read More

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
