No HR management policy Onshore vs Offshore team is biggest challenge here All rules are for offshore India team, onshore team can snatch your work and you can’t raise voice here No sign of appraisal/ even after working for straight 2 years you can’t be eligible for appraisal Work pressure on its peak no matter you are lead or whatever you have to make 10 submissions every weak HR policy is completely shattered/ just imagine Experis India don’t have any single group or channel for regular communication like whats app No work life balance Your life will ruin if you join this company Managers like Rachna Shah are in-humans they ping you at every single hour gor submission , create mental pressure you won’t be able to focus. They recruit and deploy in cline location, once deployed into client they will not care about the employee. Salary will not process on time , no shift allowances. Employee needs to follow-up everything like timesheet approvals, further update on contract extension. No use of HR in the organization employee needs to do all the HR activities.
