They recruit and deploy in cline location, once deployed into client they will not care about the employee. Salary will not process on time , no shift allowances. Employee needs to follow-up everything like timesheet approvals, further update on contract extension. No use of HR in the organization employee needs to do all the HR activities.

No likes about the company. It is just resourcing company. Once they will deploy the employee in client location, they will not care about employees.

Dislikes

On time they will not provide salary. No benifits, if employee doing shifts. No work life balance.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
