I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me

Work life balance was good and management was approachable only till the time the previous MD was leading; once he left, the overall culture became toxic

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No structure, no direction and no proper management. A novice was made the MD once the previous MD left. Unfortunately, but as expected, it didn’t work well. Significant attrition was noticed after that.
