The working culture is the biggest con about EXL. Employees are the most valuable asset of any company and their attrition count is an easy indicator of how bad the culture is. Apart from that, salary is below market standard

The company provides a great opportunity to learn and apply your skills and experience well. My process was Finance and I was able to handle more responsibilities and take better initiatives within my team.
