At every place, If we get advantage then we will get disadvantage as well. So, there is very low percentage of increment we get at the time of appraisal.

Being a Financial Analyst, work life is quite challenging and interesting as you have to complete your deeds in a day. Sometimes, you are required to extend your shift hours in order to complete your work.

If you didn't work in EXL, it means you miss the way i.e, fun with work. A lot of fun with celebrations of each & every festival are there in EXL apart from work. Employee are working there since too long because there is no pressure and they are in comfortable zone.
