Exl doesn't have value of old people who are working since long time with exl. Not increasing package as per Market correction. Not satisfied with CTC and salary

*Due to lockdown no one was fired, despite the loss faced by the company due to lock down. *EXL is an amazing company in terms of job security. *Salary is as per industry standards * IJPs come up frequently and promotions are on papers *Higher Management is exceptional *There is an EXL centre, which has been developed especially to help it's employees learn new skills

The job is safe at EXL SERVICE. During the lock down, employees were not asked to leave despite the company facing a financial loss. The leadership is pretty exceptional in terms of empathy towards it's people. In terms of growth, the professional growth is pretty good. No growth and learning. No transparency and zero job security. People who has given many years to exl got fired a day after there project ended and they were not billable. Not employee friendly zero culture. Higher management is totally worthless

No project/client/account has confirmation due to which employee remains on non billable acounts for months. Employees are sent on bench abruptly due to highly volatile projects having less than 3 months duration of contract. Employees are put in a position to keep giving internal interviews every few months(within 4 months). No proper communication from senior management regarding project updates.
