Senior Management is good. You get a lot of things to learn. You get to work on latest technologies. Your peers might be mostly from tier 1 colleges. Compensation/Promotion/R&R are good.

Dislikes

No health insurance for parents. Self, spouse and children are covered though

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
