Well, its an appealing organisation but the work culture and the gentry of people is terrible. If you are from AP, AR or any other domain then you will feel confined here.

Culture, Gentry of people, too small of an organisation and the list goes on

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
