They hire me by saying your office location is gurgaon but after a month they told me to relocate to Bangalore location because entire team belong from banglore office. They give me warning if you are not relocate than we terminate you. They give me option either you resign or else we terminate you.

Three years continuosly I was billable. Recieved 4 rating in each year and got promoted recently but once project got over and after month they kept on redeploy and said you will be forced to put down the paper if they don't get any project during that time. Same thing happened for more then 900 employees at once and you will hear this news every month that some of your colleague is fired. So join on your own risk....Read More

1. Bad culture or no culture - unhealthy competition and politics is promoted by leadership by them not taking any action when the situation escalates 2. Resistance to good practices - some AVP level people don’t want to structure anything and prefer working in chaos rather than setting up a system 3. Some emerging accounts like Sports analytics, Media etc ., have really poor work like balance and a lot of micromanagement and toxicity. 4. For some leaders, the solution for every problem is to fire somebody or throw them under the truck 5. Hikes are really poor and promotion depends on how much you can suck up to your client and manager. 6. Substandard work is sold as high quality and high impact work whereas there are so many places EXL has opportunity to grow and follow industry best practices but this is ignored by leaders in some accounts 7. Management so bad, they just want work and since I joined exl it was good but soon I realize it's bad until changed manager. And that manager is so bad she said if you can't complete work you should resign this is the reason exl always hire and never get stopped because they don't have ability to make perfect older employees.
