It is very good company and I feel I am learning everyday while working in EXL. It is a very good experience over all. My supervisor is very supportive and my teammates are very familiar and i feel very comfortable in office.

For Associate/Senior Associate level employees, there is no visibility to what's happening in exl. Even small updates has to be heard from Team lead on what's app group. No access to Outlook, no access to hr updates, no access to csr activities. Everything has to informed by manager. No encouragement to enroll in skill development programs.
