Solid job-security | The company policies are very amicable towards its employees | Free-of-cost Wellness Sessions, Telemedical Support, Mental Health Workshops/ Seminars/ Courses, Learning/ Upskilling Courses are provided, many came up during the pandemic | Great Clients (leaders in their domain) to work with | very interesting and engaging projects in Analytics.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
