Vood Work environment there is no work pressure uper management is good, they are good in salary and reimbursement.

Dislikes

Yeah there is a lot of policies and the supervisor doesn't support and address our issues. Appraisal are not fair it doesn't match with our purformance. There is not a trainer or a good strategy to give training to new joinees. Salary is just in avarage but career growth is slow.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
