It's been 2 years of journey with this Company and I learnt a lot as I came from different Industry and I really explored a new and exciting things about this industry. The Company tried its best to support us in Pandemic.

Dislikes

Like any other offices or Company, there are lots of politics and favouritism in here too. Salary doesn't justify with the workload and I don't think there is any growth in this Company. Management is really weak and they need to work on it for the sake of stability of employees and the Company growth.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a lot in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

As a result, I get to lean lot from Dilip sir, Kamal Sir. Another fact is my colleges come from various culture background that is more fun more learning.
