Company has taken significant measures to e sure employees have job security in this hardship of covid by implementing work from home policy which is quite remarkable. The overall plan for WFH has benefited a lot to employees as well as organization to continue normal course of business and make sure financially each one of us is secured. The compensation scheme could have been bit better. Like employees till now have been nearing inter expectations se which us being utilized for organization purpose. Moreover rather than spiking targets and making last moment changes in incentives plans, a more convenient scheme could have been in place which helps employees to earnincentives and have an extra layer of financial support in this hardship of covid. Currently the compensation plan in place is not that stable and changes too frequently making it difficult to earn as per potential....Read More
