Good salary, good insensitive and support staff even very supportive HR team

Salary - Excellent

Dislikes

Work life balance worst, I agree salary and insensitive looks good when salary is credited but money is not worth sacrificing you work life balance

I was working for Etech in the year 2017. I had a really supportive team leader and team. They were understanding and that's the main reason why Etech felt like a family to me. Our training session was on point. Our trainer was always concerned about us. Apart from that, Etech has a lively environment and good music on the floor.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

The reason why I left Etech was because the shift rotation became hectic and my health couldn't take it anymore. The incentive plan became tougher and tougher too.

Work Details

It's was fun sometimes and hectic sometimes. Hectic especially on "Saturday and Sunday".

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
