There is nothing to like about other than the process which is easy

1. Upper management ( for drama they will mess up your mental health ) 2. HRs Business and recruiter ( have baises over religion and language, salary was promised for 30k but they were giving on 20k out of which you will have to pay 2k for cab ) few female HRs were abused by male HRs if they have health issues and can't come to theoffice. 3. Work environment ( there are some upper management who favour their religion and male gender, for example if you have to clarify few things in front of your teammates, a male employee can easily make fun of you plus your manager laughs at it in place of stopping them , that shows how unprofessional they are. If you are late like for few minutes due to sickness though you inform your manager you will insulted infront of the team, but if you a guy, went for a smoke break or went to play games , come late by more than half hour you are still welcomed with no warning nor insulting , in cab you can see PDA and stuff ). If you complain about it , you are putting yourself in trouble. 4. Food ( there's no hygiene in food court you can smell something pungent, Maggie is not something which is enough for people, there are no other food items so get your own food guys) 5. Management is very poor. IJP’s are full of nepotism. Leave system is not so organised. The HR told us in induction that you get 15 medical leaves but you have to apply your earned leaves even for medical issues and that too is only allowed if they let you do so. Not satisfied with the company.

Well if you decide to join this company you better be at least as patient as you can. Because I don't know about salary appraisal but this company will teach you a life lesson. Only benefit in this company is timely salary.

Behind the face mask this company has a very dark face, say a lot of lies...Well these lies started from the day we joined the company, we were informed cab facilities were free, when later on the salary happened we came to know there are cab deduction, when asked these people said ' ohh did recruitment team not inform you that the cabs are only free in shifts from 8 pm to 5 pm, and an irony is these guys run 24/7 rotational shifts. Well a lot of politics involved, a very work centric company, with no interactive activities even on Friday's, things like fun Friday were announced, well we never had one. And now there is a new policy which is on the place which nobody had informed and our salaries had an amount decreased in the salary, when asked explanation HR says 'Ohh here a new good policy we have started charging employees a parking fee of 2000/- for a bike if they park in office premises, if you want the 2000/- from next month park your bikes outside.🤌😆 Well this was my first time hearing that the company charges a whopping 2000/- for bike parking.Like my college never charged me to park a bike. I keep wondering day by day and I am scared every time I get my salary like whether these guys will ask me for the rent of the office. Nobody here wants or is willing to work here for a long time, because these people are unpredictable nobody knows what policy they will invent tomorrow. Seriously dissatisfied and disappointment! I was working as a customer service agent for Expedia under IGT Soution. The company is great, the experience and the culture is great too. The right Manager can make and break your consultant. The first Manager I was working under was a new Manager new to the trade and was working as a leader so I was growing and getting recognition. The problem arose when the new Manager I was assigned coveted a warning letter to me without even any conversation around it. That's when I resigned. They promise you paid bench but they'll ask money from you. They do not even provide experience letter. You'll just be disappointed. One advice just do not join any cheap bpo. This is one of them Too much pressure harrasment & no one will save you even HRs are biased. I got into depression during my tenure to the extent that I tried committing suicide. My mistake was when I joined these guys. A big scam within the organisation. The process I worked for has too many bad practices going on. They can seriously harm you in many way I wanted my salary and the HR did not even respond. Now I'm trying to it legally. Environment is just cheap n pathetic. I wish they stop scamming people in name of job. They exploits and abuse nothing else. Never ever join Igt . Worst company to go for .
