Nothing is good here unprofessional unnati hr gave different salary bracket and at the time.of joining they offer less salary so that candidate will be forced to joined worst unprofessional behaviour . People don't join that company they will make other people also to loose job and then they offer less salary

It’s good .Handling employees very well. Job security depends on performance.No performance no job..
Dislikes
It takes biased decision. Everyone should be treated on the same scale whether it’s TLs or agents. I sometime feel there is no value for agents .If agents do something wrong they are fired but if TLs does something more terrible than they are just given final warning.Its damn biased decision.Limited amount of training no proper infrastructure for training like conducting live sessions about the process on projectors....Read More

Worst experience . I don't know what they even look when they hire team leader or manager. They are unprofessional and degrading people .
No job security at all. Worked for almost two years yet no salary increment.

It would be better if they treat their employees more respectively and give chance for growth.

Epicenter Technologies is a good company as they have given as a lump sum amount of money before laying of letter I have tried to join them back but they only selected few of the agents who are very good at work so basically the working pattern is very slower do the process is still working in overseas I still look forward to join them back thank you
Dislikes
The only thing that I dislike about epicenter is is that the growth is very slow over here guys were working here as a agent for 3 years 4 years only been promoted as a senior customer service agent
I can see the company's HR policy is very good, you can meet HR anytime they are very helpful.
Dislikes
They hire students with good who want work only for 2 or 3 months, which is not good for career oriented people who really need a job for their family and not getting a good salary hike.
