It takes biased decision. Everyone should be treated on the same scale whether it’s TLs or agents. I sometime feel there is no value for agents .If agents do something wrong they are fired but if TLs does something more terrible than they are just given final warning.Its damn biased decision.Limited amount of training no proper infrastructure for training like conducting live sessions about the process on projectors....Read More

I can see the company's HR policy is very good, you can meet HR anytime they are very helpful.

They hire students with good who want work only for 2 or 3 months, which is not good for career oriented people who really need a job for their family and not getting a good salary hike.

i have a complaint only dont force the employee to sit overtime compulsory bcoz its a employees choice whether he/she wants to sit or not....and last thing is that u cant put salary on hold bcoz its not included in company policy
