I joined this company which the mindset of 6 months in no time this job made me learn so many things the way to interact , talk with the customers , performance, OT that within no time I was already getting promoted in different queue , if your a performer and u need growth this is the best place to start from OJT coach to TL here I am

It was nearby to where i was staying thats the only plus point

They just fire people without giving them any intimation. One fine day you go to work in the morning and in the evening your supervisor calls you and your colleagues to meet the hr and you are told you dont need to come to work the next day because you are not needed there anymore due to cost cutting. The people working there are all locals from mira road and bhayander areas. They call it an english call center where english is barely spoken. Even after they kick you off from the job they (hr team) keep calling you for an interview for a post and salary lower then what you were there earlier. Imagine a TL or QA is being called for an interview as Customer service advisor. When speaking about salary and pay package they are not ready to spend more on qualified and experienced members or candidates. Their HR records are not maintained properly and any feedback given to them looks like its just ignored. This company is one of the third grade company, there is no job security and management is fuckall. Third class company. Very awful management.

Vinay Dubey was amazing manager, I liked working under him, TL Phosonjit Maity being disgraceful and most frustrated and third third class person I have ever seen in my life. The HR Prakash is not at all helpful. The whole company is corrupt. They have still not paid my April months salary.

Everything is a hell one you login you will be forced to set atlist for 10 hour a day. Not not will understand what you say even I have seen people getting heart attack due to them. You atleast take 500 calls a day . If you take single leave in a month they will give you memo. And final warning.
