EPAM culture is really good. If you are curious to learn and grab opportunity this is the place. No micromanagement. Good respect. Overall its good here.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
