Lot of opportunities to learn & upgrade ourselves in terms of technical things. Salaries are better. Developing as only 2 years are completed for India office but US Mexico is already settled in proper way. Team is supportive. Owner is very nice person give us lot opportunities to learn.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? The working hours are strict 9pm to 6am. No need of overtime duties Break time 1hr.

Dislikes

No proper response from HR regarding any query raised from employee. Public Holiday List Salary Increment Cycle Leave Policies Attendance Policy Office is ofently opened late by 9.30pm employees need to wait at doorstep. No career growth opportunities for purchaser.
