Company offers an onsite work opportunity to UK for development projects. I had an opportunity to go to UK. It gave me a good work exposure. I learned many new things there and even got to know their way of working. It was indeed an amazing experience for me.

Dislikes

You may feel work pressure at times, but that’s obvious, as you might be held to work on multiple projects.

The senior management, HRs and Managers – all of them are available for one to one communication. Rare to find in today’s times. They listen patiently to you. Be it your problems, suggestions……even ideas for that matter! I have experienced it myself.

No company would waste time & efforts in hiring people & training them if they don't need them. At SPTR Employees are at the center of operations. They get proper training, assessments. We also give fair chances to people to go through re-assessments and improve their performance. There is no hire & fire policy.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
