Basically, it’s a form of horizontal organization, so everything or everyone here is held equally responsible. There is no substantial hierarchy present here. The management encourages and motivates all to develop leadership qualities. It’s a good company to work for if seen through growth perspective.

Many might find it weird but trust me an organization having no hierarchy has its own benefits. You are free to suggest your opinions, and thoughts. You can easily approach any one you wish to speak for your concern, there are almost next to no formalities involved towards hierarchies. Isn’t all these an advantage...?

Being an established organization, one can feel career security and stability working here. The mind-set is that of a start-up, so, one can experiment with things and inculcate entrepreneurship skills. There is lots of scope to try out different things. A rare combination one can find.

Employee referrals are given preference when hiring for any open position. Few months back I referred one of my friends, and he got hired. This way, max benefits are passed to the referring employee. Even the org. gets good reliable talent. Nice initiative!
