In this company, employees do get absolute liberty to show their working potential and talent. Saying from my personal experience. There is no one stopping you, you get that freedom where you take your own decisions and work on challenges that you’re assigned with. It has built me strong all these years, and today, I fear no challenge. Thanks for the opportunity.

My seniors have been very supportive to me always. They offer me their help whenever I am stuck in any of my task. They guide me well and give me some productive tips to overcome certain circumstances. I guess this is real learning. Also, the management is approachable & quite responsive at times. They are very kind and cooperative.

Company follows a philosophy which they call as ABCDE, which means Ask, Believe, Challenge, disagreements, Execution. It is truly encouraging one. I haven’t heard about it before, not even in any of my previous employment. Also, there are certain things that are new to me here.

Work mode flexibility is there over here, and one can choose remote working/wfh mode as well. Of course approval is necessary. It proves to be convenient at times.

Work pressure can be felt when working on multiple projects. However, I take it as an opportunity to acquire new skills and grow.

The best thing employees get to learn over here is multitasking. It does not mean that there is lots of pressure. Just that one needs to carry out multiple tasks depending upon the delivery requirements. Able to do multiple tasks has become an essential thing in today’s times. So, good for me and I take it positively!

The atmosphere in the office is lively with team building activities, festive competitions and more taking place. There is a fun work culture as well.
