Due to covid, we all were forced to work remote way, and now the condition is that we all have got used to this style of working. Personally, speaking of my own experience, I find it more convenient to work this way. Still, many of us are allowed to work remotely due to their pleas. I am also serving from home right know, and I hope that company consider this working style forever.

I am working for this company for almost 2 years now, and to date I have learned a lot working here. I see that people working here are very kind and supportive. Everyone is treated equally without any discrimination. Hard work and dedication to work is given the top priority. I would say, if you want to grow in your career, you should certainly find an opportunity to work here.

Appreciation does not come easy here. R&R is carried out only for exceptional performers on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

The good thing about the leave policy over here is that dedicated leaves are there for various purposes. E.g. paternity and maternity leaves, bereavement leave and so on…..

There is not even 1% job security, please dont go with this company..very bad culture..they fired 24 people in covid 19 pandemic..please dont go..
