Good place to start as a developer if you are a fresher, new to the industry. You'll get better coding experience , it is startup. You'll always been engaged with some work, even though it is not useful sometimes you'll be doing something. Not that office much politics, you can survive without getting involved

Dislikes

Pay is low for fresher for the amount work they have to go through. A lot of improvement can be made in process. The workflow is somewhat immature, people are waiting to escalations to take place , which can rather been avoided sometimes.

One area that could be improved is the providing more frequent structured and quality training sessions for freshers. While training is conducted after onboarding process, consistent follow-up sessions would help ensure that new team members are fully aligned with company's expectations and their role.
