It has been now a few months back when I joined this company as a fresher. Earlier, I had only theoretical knowledge. But now, after almost 11 months, I have learned and perceived better understandings of different techniques and processes associated with my domain, i.e., QA/Software Testing. It’s a good company that offers good learning advantage.

I would thank the company for allowing us to work remotely. I believe, it was indeed a necessary decision considering the covid circumstances. Thanks for keeping us safe – both, Us, and our Jobs.

It means that the seniors & mgmt. over here take efforts to cultivate entrepreneurship skills in each individual working over here. They don’t want just followers to be there. The focus is that you should think and conduct yourself like a leader. They help and guide you at every step. Due to them, I could bring out the leadership qualities in me.

There is no hard and fast working timings. Time flexibility is there. So, I can handle other responsibility of mine in comfortable manner. Work also not getting affected. Good policy.

There is no vendor for food in the cafeteria. They told that it is temporary bcoz of COVID. Not a big problem as majority of us are doing WFH
