Every staff, works only for 5 days in a week. They provide 2 way cab facilities for all the staffs who resides within 30km office boundary. If we work during the evening and night shift time, then they will either pick or drop us based on our shift tings from our house itself that too only during the night time between 9pm to 5.45 am when it's dark. They provide free food including breakfast, lunch and dinner on all 7 days. For every staff, they will provide one card called Vendiman Card monthly ₹650/- is automatically being added to this card. This card is being used for collecting like snack eatable items. Dislikes

There is no growth in my current job role position as a career front which isn't worth. This office works for 365 calendar days. No fixed holidays for festivals. Every person needs to work in all the different- different shifts monthly. All staff don't have same day Week Offs. If we want to apply a leave for any personal work, we can put but need to swap and work on the other week off day.

Overall working experience with Wipro was good but; it's totally depends on which project you will get hired & which kind of management you will get. Other wise everything was nice & perfect in facilities management in Wipro.

Dislikes

Nothing dislike over there..but some facilities are not available over there like 2 way transport should be there.

Nothing much about to say office environment and some people(colleagues) are good to support and food is good And Cab facility is OK ok cafeteria is also Good that's all....

some of them are very worse like toxic like Angry behavior and don't have kindness and humanity to help in employee side sometimes which will lead to Exit of an employee job unexpectedly with sudden situation. *Not agreeing to employees concern about shift changes * No better hikes but pressuring to maintain pe and qe * No outings or trips for employees vacation * No overtime working option is there for Extra money due to insufficient salary for some employees * especially most of the times some team leads are irritated n targeting the employees for Even making small mistakes while doing their tasks or in their works...Read More

Good company but which process you r joining that matters. Good learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Salary is low as per other Companies. You need to check whether the project you are joining to a good project or not. Else you will not get any leaves on time, less salary hike, will force you to over time without over time bonus sometime. Specially your lead can do a lot mistake..regaring your Shift timing on system & all. So you need to be little conscious.
