Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  
• Work on international voice process projects with blended processes (voice + non-voice).
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in BPO customer service industry.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with international clients.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts (24x7).
  
• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving complex customer queries efficiently.
