It is a friendly company.

It is very pressuring. They claim to have flexible hours but I end up spending almost 6 hours per day. There is no proper definition of explanation of one's role in this internship. There are no off days. The stipend is not fixed. They are giving sales job to an HR Intern as a "training task" which only after receiving enrollments for the membership are then given tasks of an hr intern. Most of the interns are undergrads and the promotion in this internship takes place so quick that there's a high chance the team leader is an undergrad too. It's hard to say if there's an actual professional working behind the scenes as I haven't really got that feeling. I'm still interning so I'm not sure whether I'll be receiving my pay after the 2 months are completed. The Training task definitely needs to go as no one wants to pay for courses that are available for free on different platforms. These tasks that also determine whether the hr interns will be promoted is also utter nonsense because what can we do if students do not want to enroll. They cannot be forced....Read More

They will make you work the entire week and for than 8+ hrs in a day. There's no such thing as flexible hours. The leaders will pretend to be good then at the end of the internship, they'll terminate you because they don't want to give the stipend. It was a waste of time. Unnecessary work pressure they'll give you. In the name of HR, they'll give you marketing and sales work.

Edlernity provides us the benefit of working with ease. Liked as we have flexible working hours so it doesn't hamper any of our other things like college studies and all. So it's a great platform.

In the name of flexible working hrs, they will make you work kabhi bhi, no off on Sundays, as the employee are working remotely. Team leaders are pathetic. Starting mein they select easily then they will not share their terms and policies properly like tumko kabhi bhi fire kar denge. I was working as an HR intern ( was doing my summer internship) Kisi kisi ko 1.5 month poora kaam karwa liya Bina paise ke then nikal dia They have three department Recruitment ( roz tumko team leader bolenge logo se form fill karwao, Jo interested hai and if tumne 10-15 logo roz recruitments ka form nahi fill karwaya toh tumko bolenge "you are fired" But ye chiz voh interview mein nahi bataenge tumko - ki hum kabhi bhi nikal sakte hai. Even poora ek mahina kaam karwa lenge then fire denge Bina paise diye. 2nd department:- Interview taking department Sirf basic question puchna hai phone pe 3rd department:- Worst for HR Even if you are in HR department they will make you do the sales work, tum jisko recruit karoge ussko ye "task" dena hai ki atleast 3-5 course bechna hai inke. If not done again you are fired but till you reach 3rd department it's already wastage of 1 month with no learning apart from clearicle work like job posting on LinkedIn. Their employees are their customers that's how they are working. You will ll feel trapped, when will work with them. Please guys do yourself 🙏🙏 favour. EdLernity is a good platform to learn and explore my knowledge. It is student friendly , so my work balance is totally balanced . I am totally satisfied with flexible timing. All my Hr s are friendly and cleared my doubt's immediately and take my updates at timing.

Now, I can't earn money that it is incentives and stipends. So as it is performance based, I can't know about it in my interview call. So , I am suffer more regarding money. I am tried my level best to convince candidates , but I am not. Due to money problem, I am suffer lot.one more thing , kindly give Sunday as off and make it stipend fixed.

As such I don't like anything but yes I came here for certificate and obv stipend, i hope I get the stipend because what ever the performance was, i tried my level best so far

There are many things I dislike about edlernity. FIRST OF ALL that performance based shit, but see everyone on their part do try their best to achieve the target but unfortunately they in vain but that doesn't mean they don't work at all,they simply say "we will terminate you etc etc" that's not the way Secondly "I've understoodtheir game plan very well. Working hours were flexible , team leader were very supportive throughout the whole internship they continuously guided us I learned about sales .
