It also leads to personality development and helps improve communication skills by engaging with people. Additionally, as the internship is completely remote, it provides flexibility and a good work-life balance.

Dislikes

EdLernity has many benefits, but there are some challenges as well. Balancing multiple tasks can be hectic sometimes. Since it is remote work, we completely rely on the internet, which can disrupt productivity due to technical issues. Lastly, limited face-to-face interaction can make it difficult to build good connections with the team.

The best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I'm exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally and personally.

I'm sure there may be a few things I don't like here, but there is no such thing as a perfect workplace, and the fact that I feel happy with this job tells that the benefits I get here are far more important than the little things I don't like.

I have been working here at the company for over a month now. My experience has been very great so far. I acquired new skills and knowledge through this company.My team leaders have been very supportive throughout the internship. As an intern at Edlernity, one thing I find challenging is the fast-paced nature of the work. While it's exciting and keeps me engaged, it can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when juggling multiple projects or tight deadlines. Additionally, as a newcomer, it can be a bit daunting to navigate the various tools and processes, though the team is very supportive and willing to help.

1. They make you sell the course for their company 2. They terminate the internship in the very end so that you don't receive the stipend. 3. They lie, the incentive criteria is very minimal it won't be possible to receive the incentives ever. 4. I like how they give opportunities to everybody and how kind they are with all the interns. They are flexible with their work hours and I like that about the Company.

Dislikes

What i dislike is the training task given to the interns. It is very hard to get conversions and not everyone is interested in doing courses right now. So I hope in the future, the training task will change.

I really feel good working in edlernity, it has been around 1 to 1 and a half month now and the team leader i got has been very polite and motivating me from the very first day . I have been looking forward to work efficiently to get better outcome from my side and give my full efforts for the betterment of the company.

It is a student friendly internship with flexible timings that I can work work anytime in the day. Besides that my team leaders are also very cooperative and helpful, they guided me through the internship very efficiently .

The company is student friendly. The team leaders are understanding coordinative and friendly. They clear our doubts without any complaints.

Dislikes

The working hours. Even though it is mentioned that they provide flexible hours but it's not. We have to give at least 6-7 hrs per day. They need to provide at least Sundays as an offer day. Working all 7 days can be exhausting and draining.
